Before placing a firearm order from Smith Werder
Please contact an FFL Dealer in your area to make sure you qualify and that the firearm you want to purchase is legal in your state.
By Federal Law, firearms can only be shipped to an FFL Dealer.
If you do not have an FFL, you must make arrangements with an FFL Dealer in your state to handle the transfer. We will not charge your credit card until we receive a copy of the FFL Dealers license that the firearm will be shipped to. They can email it to chuck@smithwerder.com or fax it to 915-921-5285.
